BinarySerializer / StreamWrapper Bugfixes
#FIX: Fixed a bug where disposing or garbage-collecting a BinarySerializer would throw an Exception if the underlying target stream was already disposed.
#FIX: Fixed a bug where closing a non-closing wrapper stream would throw an Exception if the underlying target stream was already disposed.
#ADD: Added tests to check for both conditions.
