Contains breaking changes. Unit of work has been changed to asynchronous. Domain event handler interface is now synchronous and there are new base classes for both sync/async event handlers. Events are dequeued from aggregate root instead of just returning them. Some return types have changed from IEnumerable to IReadOnlyCollection.
