- Added OrderByRegistration() method for component registrations that span multiple types (using ScanningActivatorData).
- Created OrderedRegistrationSource, replacing the now obsolete UsingOrdering(), UseOrdering(), and OrderedEnumerableParameter. These will be removed in a future version.
