ByteSize is a utility class that makes byte size representation in code easier by removing ambiguity of the value being represented. ByteSize is to bytes what System.TimeSpan is to time.

Breaking Changes from Alpha 1:

- Namespace changed to back to `ByteSizeLib` from `ByteSize`.
- Removed `BinaryByteSize`, `DecimalByteSize`, `NonStandardByteSize` structs.

New Features:

- `ByteSize` struct now contains all the methods to handle binary and decimal values.
- Added support for `net45`.
