- New class, PagedCollection, in the Cuemon.Collections.Generic namespace that represents an IEnumerable{T} paged data sequence
- New sealed class, DataTransferRowPagedCollection, in the Cuemon.Data namespace that represents an IEnumerable{DataTransferRow} paged data sequence
- New class, DataPair, in the Cuemon namespace that represents a generic way to provide information about arbitrary data
- New class, DataPairCollection, in the Cuemon namespace that provides a collection of DataPair
- New methods, Skip and Take, on the EnumerableUtility class in the Cuemon.Collections.Generic namespace
- New overloaded method, SortAscending and SortDescending, on the EnumerableUtility class in the Cuemon.Collections.Generic namespace
- New overloaded method, Get, on the DataTransferColumnCollection class in the Cuemon.Data namespace

- Refactored the DataTransferColumnCollection class in the Cuemon.Data namespace to only inherit from IEnumerable interface
- Refactored the DataTransferRowCollection class in the Cuemon.Data namespace to only inherit from IEnumerable interface

- Improved the CdnGlobalModule class in the Cuemon.Web namespace to use compiled regular expression when detecting MD5 patterns
- Improved the GlobalModule class to include Trace.Write on the entire IIS Application Lifecycle with performance measurements
- Improved the BusinessEntityUtility class in the Cuemon.Data.Entity namespace to automatically determine wether a derived entity lookup is necessary
- Improved the Endpoint class in the Cuemon.ServiceModel namespace to use IServiceProvider over HttpContext in the HandlerContext property

- Fixed a bug in the GlobalModule class in the Cuemon.Web namespace so that InitializeCompression now saves compressed files with the original extension (but prefixed with compression extension)
- Fixed a bug in the GlobalModule class in the Cuemon.Web namespace by moving the call to the above mentioned InitializeCompression from OnPreRequestHandlerExecute to OnPostResolveRequestCache
- Fixed a bug in the Endpoint class in the Cuemon.ServiceModel namespace that prevented execution of some code if the HandlerContext property was not set
