DSharpPlus.WebSocket.WebSocketSharp 2.0.0-rc9

A WebSocket# WebSocket client for DSharpPlus, for platforms that do not support native .NET WebSockets, such as Windows 7 or Mono.

This is a prerelease version of DSharpPlus.WebSocket.WebSocketSharp.
There is a newer version of this package available.
