Deletes the bin and obj folders in a VS solution.

  1. Run dotnet tool install -g DeleteBinObj in a terminal.
  2. Go into a VS project (where the .sln is).
  3. Run deletebinobj and enter the appropriate command.
  4. Bam! Your pesky binaries are gone.
