Several MVC Extensions overrides to play nice with Bootstrap. For example, MyDropDownList() adds "form-control" to a selectlist.

IconActionLink which can be used to add an icon to an ActionLink. Inlcudes an enum and matching IconActionLink for a strongly typed Font Awesome ActionLink. All 585 icons in Font Awesome 4.4.0
