An NTLM authentication middleware for OWIN that enables you to use NTLM (Windows) Authentication independently of IIS or HTTPListener.
Furthermore it integrates with ASP.NET Identity 2.0 and allows you to have NTLM as yet another mean of authentication toghether with true local application accounts!

Removed unnecessary nuget references to Owin.Extensions and Owin.Types
Added request parameter to OnCreateIdentity() callback for use cases where claims information is available in the IOwinRequest (as for the Filter() callback function)
Added a callback to offload the ClaimsIdentity creation to the application if there's need for customization
Added a filtering callback (NtlmAuthenticationOptions.Filter) to the options to have more control on who passes the authentication based on request origin and windows identity
Fixed issue with callback path not being recognized when the OWIN pipeline is Mapped to a sub-path (app.Map("/somePath", af =>...))
