The .Net client library to the Windward RESTful Engine.

Use this in your C# or VB.NET code to call the Windward RESTful engine. This library is in .Net Standard 2.0 (which includes .Net Core 3.0 and .Net Framework 4.5.1).

This talks to the Windward RESTful engine 20.1 and later. For earlier versions you need the 1.0 client. This does not connect to the Windward .Net Engine, just the RESTful engine.
