PostgreSQL implementation of the tX.dataStore interfaces: ItRepository<T>, ItStoreContext, ItStore, ItStoreFactory, and ItSchema. Uses Npgsql with JSONB entity storage.

tX abstract logging: sink/service interfaces, tLogSinkRegistry, and static tLog facade. Concrete sinks (e.g. tX.log.database) register via tLogFactory.tInit() at startup.

tX message service: store ticrobe info, warn, error, critical, crash message definitions in PostgreSQL via tX.pgSql.

PostgreSQL sink/service for tX.log. Call tLogFactory.tInit() at API startup — switch-case selects provider from tLogSink env var and registers via tLogSinkRegistry.
