kmon 0.5.0-beta

This is a prerelease version of kmon.

A dnx-command for running 'dnx --watch web' or 'dnx --watch kestrel' and restart it when it quits.

Installs as a global command and can be run using "kmon" afterwards. It does not add dependencies in any project.
