Alvecta.Analyzers.ValueObjectConstruction

The Alvecta value-object-construction Roslyn analyzer, shipped as a standalone package so it can be applied selectively — reference it only from the presentation-tier assemblies it should police (the .Api. projects, where raw external input enters), rather than solution-wide.
