- GetId(Empty) → IdResponse
- GetIdForDate(DateRequest) → IdResponse

- GetServerInfo(Empty) → ServerInfo
ServerInfo exposes epoch, UseUtcNow flag, instance ids, and the bit layout, so clients can implement local decoding and formatting (e.g., Base62) without additional network calls.
