Secrets are mapped to configuration keys:
- File names with
__become:hierarchy (e.g.,database__password→database:password). - Hidden files (starting with
.) are ignored. - Trailing newlines are trimmed.
- When
prefixis provided, all keys are placed under it (e.g., withprefix: "myapp",database__password→myapp:database:password).
