Introduction

This class library project provides an implementation of the 3GPP Adaptive Multi-Rate Wide Band (AMR-WB) audio codec that may be used in .NET projects to encode and decode audio in real time VoIP applications.

This project is written in managed C++ (CPP/CLR). The coding approach was to build a C++ wrapper class from the ANSI-C source code provided in the following standard.

3rd Generation Partnership Project; Technical Specification Group Services and System Aspects; ANSI-C code for the Adaptive Multi-Rate - Wideband (AMR-WB) speech codec (Release 17), 3GPP TS 26.173 V17.1.1 (2023-03).

This class library provides a bit-precise implementation of the ANSI-C implementation provided in the above standard.
