A lightweight C# client for sending analytics events to the Analytics Pipeline ingest API.

Quick Start

Usage

Initialize the Client

var client = new AnalyticsClient("http://your-server:8000");

Send an Event

Parameters

Parameter Type Required Description
eventName string ✅ Name of the event (e.g. "page_view")
userId string ✅ ID of the user who triggered the event
timestamp DateTime? ❌ When the event occurred. Defaults to DateTime.UtcNow
properties Dictionary<string, object>? ❌ Additional metadata about the event

Return Value

Returns a JsonElement containing the API response, e.g.:
