Antiphon.Invoicing.Validation.Pipeline

Layered validation orchestration (SDK-03b): well-formedness → XSD → Schematron, composing Antiphon.Validation's evaluator with the Antiphon.Xsd.* schema packages and format auto-detection. See docs/Antiphon-Rule-Engine.md.
