Antiphon.Validation

Runtime rule-set evaluator for Antiphon's compiled Schematron IR: an XPath 2.0-subset interpreter that produces typed rule violations and SVRL, natively in .NET (no Java, no Node). See docs/Antiphon-Rule-Engine.md.
