Anyware.Shared.Permissions.Catalog

Shared string-constants catalog for IAM permission keys that cross service boundaries on the Anyware platform.

Eliminates the duplication between IamGlobalStartupSeeder (which seeds the keys into iam_global.permissions) and downstream services (metadata-engine today) that check the same keys with const declarations of their own. Adding or renaming a metadata permission used to require coordinated edits in two services — now both sides reference one symbol.

This is the interim fix per the architecture review (iam-metadata-engine-artch-risks.md H1). The end state is a permission-descriptor Kafka topic or pull endpoint where each service publishes its own catalog and IAM aggregates. Until then: edit the constants here, bump the package version, and both consumers pick it up.

  • MetadataPermissions — keys owned by metadata-engine but seeded by IAM (metadata.acl.manage, metadata.records.access, ...).
  • CrossServicePermissions — keys with no clean single-service owner (tasks.create_for_user, crm.deal.delete).
