Asys.Web.Authorization

Asys.Web üstüne dinamik endpoint izin sistemi. Startup'ta tüm endpointleri tarar, DB'ye kaydeder ve global bir preprocessor ile her isteği izin motorundan geçirir. Rol + kullanıcı bazlı grant/deny; IMemoryCache üstünde hızlı karar. Identity paketine zorunlu değildir — sadece JWT'de sub + role claim'leri yeterli.
