NOTICE: This software and its source code are proprietary and confidential.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Ashiquzzaman grants you a limited, 
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to USE THE COMPILED 
   BINARY PACKAGE ONLY of the AzRUtil.Csharp library ("Software") in your 
   applications. This license grants NO RIGHTS to access, view, copy, or use 
   the source code in any form.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source 
      code of the Software
   b) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the 
      Software or its source code
   c) Access, view, extract, or use any source code, algorithms, or implementation 
      details from the Software
   d) Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software or any portion 
      thereof
   e) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright 
      notices) on the Software
   f) Use the Software to create competing products or services
   g) Extract, reproduce, or republish any code, algorithms, or methodologies 
      contained in the Software
   h) Share, publish, or make available the source code or any derived code 
      in any form or medium

3. PACKAGE USE ONLY
   You may ONLY use the compiled NuGet package as distributed. You have NO 
   rights to the source code. Any attempt to access, extract, or use the 
   source code is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of 
   this Agreement.

4. SOURCE CODE PROTECTION
   The source code, documentation, design, structure, organization, and all 
   intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property 
   of Ashiquzzaman. The source code is a trade secret and confidential 
   information. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the 
   source code is strictly prohibited and may result in severe legal action 
   including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

5. OWNERSHIP
   Ashiquzzaman retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, 
   including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you 
   any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other 
   rights in respect to the Software or its source code.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR 
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. ASHIQUZZAMAN MAKES 
   NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE 
   USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, 
   OR OTHERWISE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
   IN NO EVENT SHALL ASHIQUZZAMAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, 
   SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
   PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; 
   BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES) HOWEVER 
   CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, 
   OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE 
   OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
   
   YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. 
   ASHIQUZZAMAN ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, 
   PROBLEMS, ISSUES, ERRORS, BUGS, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THE 
   USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license 
   will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any 
   term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the 
   Software and destroy all copies.

9. LEGAL REMEDIES
   Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or access 
   to the source code of the Software constitutes copyright infringement, trade 
   secret misappropriation, and breach of contract, and will be prosecuted to 
   the maximum extent under applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the 
    laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ashiquzzaman 
    regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE 
THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY 
ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
