<small>This is a dotnet tool to provide an interface to check Tags for files to validate their values based on DevOps project Tags.
Specifically designed for Relay UK project. </small><br />

To Install/Uninstall and Run this Nuget Package with or without Nuget.org into your computer

In the terminal window navigate to /TagValidator project's root directory then run the command below.

dotnet tool install --global --add-source ./nupkg BT.TagValidator

Install to the local machine's wsl to ignore nuget.org and prevent zScaler problems run this command in wsl console within the parent folder location of /nupkg folder

    dotnet tool install --global BT.TagValidator --add-source ./nupkg --ignore-failed-sources

Install to the local machine for a project in the terminal window

    dotnet tool install --add-source "C:\path\to\your\nupkg\folder" BT.TagValidator

Install from nuget.org

    dotnet tool install --global BT.TagValidator

or with version (whatever the version is)

    dotnet tool install --global BT.TagValidator --version 1.0.0 

Restore the package

    dotnet tool restore

To UnInstall this Nuget Package

    dotnet tool uninstall --global BT.TagValidator

To run this tool

    tagvalidator -- parameters followed

Commands and Usage

scan: lists the files in the given directory. <br />

	tagvalidator scan -p .

getdevtags: Gets and lists the Feature Tags from DevOps. <br />

	tagvalidator getdevtags
