WhatsApp Business Cloud API 即时通讯服务实现，实现 IInstantMessagingService 统一接口。

功能特性

  • 发送文本消息（WhatsApp text 消息）
  • 发送卡片消息（WhatsApp interactive 消息：标题 / 正文 / 按钮）
  • 查询已注册号码列表（映射为频道）
  • System User Token（Bearer）鉴权，静态凭据无需令牌刷新
  • 消息更新/删除/建群邀请在 WhatsApp Cloud API 中无对应能力，返回明确不支持结果
