BsadConverter
Bikram Sambat (BS) ↔ Gregorian (AD) date conversion. Offline, zero dependencies, bilingual (English + Nepali). Targets netstandard2.0, so it works on .NET Framework and modern .NET.
Calendar data is the verified medic/bikram-sambat table. Range 1970–2090 BS (1913–2034 AD).
Usage

Patro.AdToBs("2026-06-26").FormattedNe; // "असार १२, २०८३ बि.सं."
Patro.AdToBs("2026-06-26").FormattedEn; // "Ashadh 12, 2083 BS"
Patro.BsToAd(2083, 1, 1); // "2026-04-14" (Nepali New Year)

Out-of-range or invalid input throws DateConversionException.
