2014-05-10 - CC65 Project Template for Visual Studio 2012

Version 1.0
- Includes project template that creates the following items:
* Makefile
* src folder
* helloworld.c

Template assumes the following paths (which can be modified):

CC65 - c:\cc65-master

Included is a C64 target.  You can add more targets by editing the solution configuration.

There is no debugger specified (this is a limitation of VS 2012 Project Templates).  You will need to point it at your emulator of choice.
