This license applies to the CapSec ScreenCapture Software Library (the "Library"),
distributed in the form of a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) for the Microsoft .NET
Framework.

1. Definition

The term "Library" refers exclusively to the CapSec ScreenCapture software library,
including its compiled binary form (DLL), documentation, and any accompanying files.

This Library is not an application, end-user software, or standalone program.
It is intended solely to be integrated into other software projects.


2. Grant of Permission

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or organization
obtaining a copy of this Library, to use, integrate, and distribute the Library
in compiled form (DLL) as part of a larger software application, subject to the
terms and conditions of this License.

This permission explicitly includes:
- Use of the Library in commercial and non-commercial applications
- Integration of the Library into proprietary or closed-source software
- Distribution of applications that internally use the Library


3. Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

1. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the
   source code of the Library, in whole or in part.
2. Modification, alteration, or patching of the Library binary (DLL).
3. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the Library as a standalone
   product, whether free or paid.
4. Use of the Library for illegal purposes, unauthorized monitoring, surveillance,
   or any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Representing the Library, in whole or in part, as your own original work.


4. Source Code

The source code of the Library is not provided and remains the exclusive
intellectual property of the author.

No rights are granted to access, view, modify, reproduce, or distribute the
source code of the Library.


5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Library is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Library remains
with the user.


6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the author or copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages,
or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising
from, out of, or in connection with the Library or the use or inability to use
the Library.


7. Termination

This License is automatically terminated if any of the terms or restrictions
stated herein are violated.

Upon termination, the user must immediately cease all use of the Library and
destroy all copies of the Library in their possession.


8. Governing Law

This License shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws,
without regard to conflict of law principles.


9. Acceptance

By using, integrating, or distributing this Library, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this License.
