CardWerk.SmartCard

CardWerk.SmartCard is a commercial .NET smart card SDK for PC/SC applications.

It provides:

  • direct PC/SC integration for .NET applications

  • reader and card event monitoring

  • connection and protocol handling

  • APDU exchange with card or reader

  • a foundation for optional CardWerk CardModule packages for popular smart cards

Install

Trial license behavior

This package includes a packaged trial license for first use.

At build time, the packaged trial CardWerk.SmartCard.licenses file is copied to the application output directory only if no license file already exists there.

If a paid CardWerk.SmartCard.licenses file is already present, the package will not overwrite it.
