Zero-config gRPC server builder for the CAX360 platform. A single AddCax360Platform() call wires the full interceptor chain in the required order:

OpenTelemetry -> AuthN (JWT) -> TenantResolver -> TenantMembershipGate (OpenFGA) -> StructuredLogging

Default endpoint policy is TenantScoped. Use explicit policies for anonymous or authenticated-global APIs.

Legacy TenantOptionalMethods and TenantOptionalHttpPaths remain supported for backward compatibility, but new services should prefer ServicePolicies / MethodPolicies / HttpPathPolicies.

AddCax360PlatformHttpGateway() uses the same policy model as gRPC:
