Cax360.Platform.TestKit

Test helpers and stubs for unit-testing CAX360 platform services without external dependencies.

Included stubs

Stub	Description
`StubJwtValidator`	Accepts `stub-valid-token` and `stub:<userId>` tokens
`StubAuthorizer`	In-memory allow/deny; rejects `denied-user`
`InMemoryEventPublisher`	Captures published envelopes for assertion
`InMemoryEventConsumer`	Delivers messages synchronously in tests
