CheckListReportControl

WinForms UserControl cho báo cáo TruckAudit inspection: grid tổng hợp (sp_GetInspectionSummaryReport), form chi tiết hạng mục/ảnh, xuất Excel (ClosedXML), lọc ngày, màu dòng quan trọng và tham số @CategoryIds khi host gán danh sách category theo phòng ban.
