Company Architecture Templates

This repository builds one .NET template package with two project templates:

• company-clean - Clean Architecture Web API with feature-based controllers and application services.
• company-cqrs - Clean Architecture Web API with local CQRS command/query dispatching.

Generated applications target net10.0, use PostgreSQL through EF Core, and include src, tests, docs, tools, and vendors.

Pack and install

dotnet pack -c Release
dotnet new install .\bin\Release\Company.Architecture.Templates.0.1.0.nupkg
dotnet new list company

Uninstall:

dotnet new uninstall Company.Architecture.Templates

Rider can install the same package from the New Project dialog through More Templates > Install Template, or by using dotnet new install. Visual Studio can consume the installed .NET templates and uses the template host metadata in .template.config.

Create applications

dotnet new company-clean -n Acme.Orders
dotnet new company-clean -n Acme.Orders --data-access readwrite
dotnet new company-cqrs -n Acme.Orders --sample tasks
dotnet new company-cqrs -n Acme.Orders --sdk-installer false

Template options:

• --data-access single|readwrite, default single.
• --sample tasks|none, default tasks.
• --sdk-installer true|false, default true.

After creating an app:

dotnet restore
dotnet build
dotnet test
tools\database.cmd up
tools\migrations.cmd add InitialCreate
tools\migrations.cmd update

Development API docs are available at /scalar, /scalar/v1, /swagger, and /openapi/v1.json.
