Proveedor Azure Blob Storage para Cosmos.Storage: implementa IStorageProvider
(AzureBlobStorageProvider) sobre el SDK Azure.Storage.Blobs. El SDK de nube queda
confinado a este paquete; el resto de la familia no lo referencia.

Notas
- SAS:
GenerateDownloadUrlAsyncfirma con shared-key (elBlobServiceClientconstruido con connection string). Con autenticación AAD/managed identity el cliente no puede firmar SAS y la operación lanzaStorageExceptioncon un mensaje accionable (user-delegation SAS no soportado todavía). - Errores agnósticos: los errores nativos del SDK se traducen a
StorageException/ObjectNotFoundException, preservando el original enInnerException. - Tests: el contrato corre contra un Azurite real vía Testcontainers (requiere Docker); nunca contra una cuenta de nube real.
