DataJuggler.Core.RandomShuffler 1.2.1

This is used to make creating true random number sets such as cards or dice. The results will eventually deal all choices if the MinReshuffleLevel is low enough.

This code is used in a project I started called Card Counter to practice black jack counting systems. Despite never finishing Card Counting, this program does work really well in simulations as it "deals" out all the choices and actually shuffles (swaps) items instead of just using random number generations.
