Date Tools Library

This is a test package I made to test creating packages. As an added bonus, it has a functional calculator that can calculate the number of days between two dates. In the future I may add more functionality like telling the days, weeks, months, and years between two dates. Who knows how far this will actually get. I should probably add an option to calculate the number of days between two dates, including or excluding the start date. Right now it just includes the start date.
