Purpose

DotNetBuildingBlocks.Serialization provides shared System.Text.Json configuration for reusable .NET building blocks.

The package gives one consistent place for default JSON options, converter registration, and small helper methods. It stays framework-neutral and avoids ASP.NET Core or MVC-specific registration.
