Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Daviti Dvali ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee") of the software.

1. License Grant: Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software (the "Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions: Licensee shall not, without the prior written consent of Licensor, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software in any way.

3. Ownership: Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of country Georgia's Jurisdiction.

By using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
