COMMERCIAL SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE AGREEMENT

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, permission is hereby granted to download, 
install, and integrate this software package ("Software") into applications in 
compiled binary form.

1. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT:
   - For Third-Party Developers / Entities: Use, integration, and deployment of 
     this Software require an active, paid yearly subscription purchased directly 
     from Empezar Digital Private Limited.
   - License keys or access rights must be renewed annually to maintain entitlement 
     to build, deploy, or distribute applications containing this Software.

2. EMPEZAR DIGITAL EXEMPTION:
   - The yearly subscription requirement is explicitly WAIVED if the overall software, 
     application, or solution incorporating this Software is directly developed, 
     authored, published, or distributed actively by Empezar Digital Private Limited.
   - Clients using software products or custom solutions delivered actively and directly by 
     Empezar Digital Private Limited do not require an independent package subscription.

3. RESTRICTIONS:
   - You MAY NOT copy, extract, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the source code of this Software.
   - You MAY NOT merge this Software or any portion of its code into another codebase or software library.
   - You MAY NOT sublicense, rent, lease, resell, redistributively rehost, or commercialize this Software as a standalone product.
   - Ownership and management of all source code, updates, and intellectual property remain exclusively with Empezar Digital Private Limited.

4. NOTICE:
   - The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
SOFTWARE.
