For use in Encompass SDK standalone applications only. In order to use this properly you need to ensure that the EncompassObjects.dll is set to CopyLocal = false, your app or web config must specify a CAS policy of true, and you must call new RuntimeServices().Initialize() in your Main method by itself and then do the rest of your logic in another method called from Main.
