EntrypointMonitor

EntrypointMonitor is an exe that runs as the entry point for a windiows docker conatiner running IIS.

EntrypointMonitor.exe <service> <site uri for warmup>

Default service - w3svc Default warm up uri - http://localhost

EntrypointMonitor has the same environment variable handling as IIS.ServiceMonitor (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/IIS.ServiceMonitor/master/README.md)

Provides logging of process start/stop, Application and System Windows events to console and optionally Application Insights.

Console output can be captured by docker/Kubernetes.

Configure Application Insights by setting APPINSIGHTS_INSTRUMENTATIONKEY environment variable
