Eternet.Analyzers.Localization

Roslyn analyzers for localization-sensitive user and business message sinks.

Diagnostics:

  • EALOC001 - Hardcoded user-facing error or message string should be localized when the compilation already uses localization.

EALOC001 intentionally targets user/business-facing sinks such as FluentValidation messages, mediator domain errors, DomainResult-backed Reason/Message/ErrorMessage values, and NextOrBreak<string> break values. Generic locals or out parameters named reason are not treated as user-facing by name alone. It does not report constructor messages on System.Exception types because those are developer/infrastructure diagnostics. If exception text is shown to users, fix the error boundary by converting the expected flow to a domain result or localized message sink instead of localizing the exception constructor.

There are no supported framework assets in this package.
