Public chat contracts shared across chat hosts and clients.

Current contract slices

Inboxes/Models: inbox read models for operator-facing lists.
Conversations/Models: conversation summary/detail models, paging requests/results, facet state, host context summaries, and operator state.
Messages/Models: timeline items, page/cursor contracts, media, previews, delivery state, and reply-window state.
Common/Models: shared contract primitives such as opaque provider references and provider display metadata.
Botmaker/**: provider-specific Botmaker import trigger contracts or Botmaker-bound public models.

Provider-neutral folders must stay free of Botmaker-specific types. If a future wave needs a public Botmaker contract, put it under Botmaker/** instead of mixing it into Common, Conversations, Inboxes, or Messages.

Allowed dependency surface for future waves

Allowed: BCL dependencies and contract-shaping abstractions intentionally introduced by a contracts wave, such as mediator endpoint semantics.
Forbidden: Eternet.Web.Chat.Server, Eternet.Web.Chat.WebClient, Eternet.Web.Chat.UI, Eternet.Messaging.WhatsApp, Eternet.FDT.*, Eternet.Web.Infrastructure, Eternet.AspNetCore.ServiceFabric, EF Core, Blazor UI packages, SignalR server hubs, and provider SDK packages.
Keep this project free of host startup, persistence models, provider/webhook concerns, and UI component types.
