Cedar policy engine HTTP adapter for the Excalibur A3 authorization framework.

Overview

This package implements IAuthorizationEvaluator by delegating policy decisions to a Cedar policy engine over HTTP. Supports both local Cedar agents and Amazon Verified Permissions (AVP).
