12.1.0: Updated to CUDA 12.1 and CUDNN 8.8.0 for performance improvements

Drop the libpthread_amd.so, libpthread_arm.so and libopencv_world.so files. if these files doesn't exist, Error message will guide you how to install it.

Fast .NET Yolo library, requires Cuda 12 to be installed to work if NVidia GPU is installed on machine, it will use the GPU for processing (which is many times faster than using the CPU version). Any GPU from Pascal upwards is support (Cuda api 6.1+, GPUs like GTX 1050 and above).

If Nvidia GPU is not available, it will still work with CPU but might be low FPS depending on CPU performace.

Includes the .dll files for Yolo Darknet Wrapper, Real-Time Object Detection (AlexeyAB/darknet with additions and fixes here: https://github.com/maalik0786/darknet), including cudnn64_8.dll, opencv_world460.dll and pthreadVC2.dll as needed by the yolo_cpp_dll implementation. Tested on Windows x64, Linux AMD64 and ARM64 (Jetson Orin/Xavier).
