FormulaEngineer is proprietary, paid software.

Subject to payment of the applicable license fee, you are granted a
non-exclusive license to use the software in commercial and non-commercial
applications, including distribution as part of compiled applications.

Redistribution as a standalone library, NuGet package, or source distribution
is not permitted. The Software also cannot be used to build or expose an API,
web service, SaaS offering, or similar interface whose functionality is
substantially the same as, or wraps, the functionality provided by the Software.

FULL LICENSE AGREEMENT
================================================================================

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE

This Proprietary Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mohd Nasrullah Kazmi
("Licensor") for the FormulaEngineer software library ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license
   fee, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
   
   a) Use the Software in your commercial or non-commercial applications
   
   b) Distribute the Software as part of your compiled applications, provided
      that the Software is embedded within and not separable from your application

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   
   a) Redistribute the Software as a standalone component, library, NuGet package,
      or source distribution
   
   b) Use the Software to build, host, or expose an API, web service, SaaS
      offering, hosted endpoint, or any similar interface that provides
      functionality substantially the same as, or that wraps, re-exposes, or
      proxies, the functionality of the Software to third parties
   
   c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the
      extent expressly permitted by applicable law
   
   d) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained
      in the Software or its documentation
   
   e) Use the Software to develop or distribute a substantially similar library
      or product intended to replace or compete with the Software
   
   f) Sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer your rights under
      this Agreement to any third party
   
   g) Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all title, copyright,
   and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including all
   derivatives, modifications, and enhancements. No ownership rights are
   transferred to you under this Agreement.

4. TERMINATION
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement
   will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
   term or condition herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the
   Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY MOHD NASRULLAH KAZMI "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. THIS
   INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR AND COPYRIGHT HOLDER, MOHD NASRULLAH KAZMI, BE
   LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
   CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
   SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL MOHD NASRULLAH KAZMI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT
   LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA,
   OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING
   NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE,
   EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
   ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO
   THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
   laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute
   arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the
   exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning
   the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
   representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
