License Agreement for FrontLookCoreDbBackupLibrary

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of 23rd March, 2024, by and between Debanjan Chakraborty, ("Licensor") and any individuals who clone, fork, or download contents from this repository ("Licensee").

## 1. Definitions
- "Private Use" means personal, non-commercial use, research, or educational purposes.
- "Commercial Use" means any use of the repository's contents for commercial gain.

## 2. Grant of License
Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the contents of this repository for Private Use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

## 3. Limitations
- The contents of this repository may not be used for Commercial Use without prior written consent from the Licensor.
- The Licensee shall not modify, distribute, or sublicense the contents of this repository without prior written consent from the Licensor.

## 4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the contents of this repository are owned by the Licensor. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights from the Licensor to the Licensee.

## 5. Termination
This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the contents from this repository.

## 6. Disclaimer
This repository is private and the contents are confidential. If you have access to this repository, it does not grant you any rights to use, modify, or distribute the contents without explicit permission from the Licensor.

## 7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
