G9AppDiagnostic — the device side of G9Didban
Device diagnostics for apps in the field: the gateway the G9Didban hub runs, and the client libraries apps install. It lives in G9Didban's repository (since 2026-10-30): the gateway cannot run without the hub, and inbox, artifacts and sign-in cross the line between them in one change. Its packages are still published on their own.

Its sibling ../pilot/ (G9AppPilot) gives agents and test runners signed control of a Lynx app in non-production
builds; the live channel here carries its signed relays (QaCommandPayload.SignedBody) without being able to forge one.
