This library provides a ring buffer, not a ring buffer. What does that mean?

This library is for a "ring" of buffers, sometimes also called a multi-buffer (or, for graphics uses, a swap-chain or n-buffer). Internally, it's a fixed-size array of objects with a current index, and an incrementer that handles out-of-bounds with a rollover to zero. This current index rollover is where the "ring" part of the name comes from. It's not a stack or a queue, it's a closed loop of buffers being recycled to reduce and isolate allocations.

This library does not provide a singular buffer with continuous read/write capabilities. That's the other kind of ring buffer.

It's fairly straightforward to use. The constructor allows the initial size to be specified (default is 3), and a Resize() method allows for the size to be changed after initialization. There is a Current, Next, and Previous element exposed, and there's the incrementing function, MoveNext().

The RingBuffer itself is threadsafe, but it can't guarantee that the <T> payload will be.
