Start here: DOTNETEX4_PROJECT_MAP.txt is the authoritative project/agent operating manual. It explains folder ownership, build/config ownership, target routing, package boundaries, RootTest, and exactly how to add a new production project, test, or shared project safely.

This tree migrates the RootTest-verified Repair8 payload from the legacy CsharpSrc/CsharpSrcTwo/SharedSrc/alltest/_configs layout into the latest runtime-style DotnetEx4 architecture. Production/test source files were preserved while project/config paths were redesigned and centralized. A fresh Windows Rebuild All + RootTest remains the authoritative post-migration runtime gate.
