API (summary)

  • Hacquer.Tools.delay (int) — public static property; delay in milliseconds used by the typing methods.
  • Hacquer.Tools.typeline(string text) — prints text with a typing effect then writes a newline.
  • Hacquer.Tools.type(string text) — prints text with a typing effect without a trailing newline.
  • Hacquer.Tools.drawprogressbar(int percent) — draws an inline progress bar (0–100). At 100% it writes a newline.

Notes & tips

  • The progress bar uses Unicode block characters. The library attempts to set the console to UTF-8; if characters render incorrectly, ensure your terminal uses UTF-8 and a font with block characters.
  • Increment Hacquer.Tools.delay to slow typing; set to 0 for instant output.
  • When developing in Visual Studio, edit package settings via Project > Properties or edit the .csproj directly and then use Solution Explorer > Reload Project.
